Hinduism印度教
簡單尼講，brahman, atman 佢地相信全個世界都係混成一堆野，全部野一樣
maya就係，幻覺﹗通通都是幻覺﹗
然後好似打機咁，你呢關食左蘑菇同花花下關就可以高d同有子彈
存好心做好事講好話儲好karma下世就可以勁d
最勁打大佬、爆機就係唔駛再去下一關──脫離不斷過關的遊戲﹝samsara﹞
咁你就自由啦﹝moksha﹞﹗呢個就係所有人的目標
要到達呢個境界，你要get beyond egotistic responses
例如唔可以嬲得滯掉爛部機、或者發脾氣走左去
終於你就再唔駛規限住係mario/超音鼠/春麗
唔駛掛住食果d金幣同打果d龜﹝或者豆？﹞
得到inner peace同freedom，同識得kind to all﹝即係唔再打d龜﹞
印度教的神主要都係好多手同有動物朋友
三個大佬分別係整果個、玩果個同破壞果個
force of preservation的vishnu識化身做人
整爛左先可以重新再砌再玩，所以唔駛驚
Buddhism佛教
﹝兩個唔係英文的字擺埋一齊即係﹕Sanskrit/Pali)
Siddhartha Gautama為人實事求是，唔好問支箭用咩做、咩人做…
當務之急係拔出尼，脫離痛苦﹗追求內心平靜﹗
anitya/anichcha 雙子座那樣，五時花六時變
anatman/anatta 第四型人格那樣，找不到自我，但由好多不停變的細細塊砌成
(Given time and sufficient perspective, Fours generally recognize that
they are unsure about aspects of their self-image—their personality or
ego-structure itself. They feel that they lack a clear and stable
identity, particularly a social persona that they feel comfortable with.)
雖然同樣視痛苦為真實，但同第四型唔同就係，第四型想留住痛苦以留住一些已走的人或事
但這個教研究痛苦duhkha/dukka是為了overcome
我覺得佛教最醒就係Four Noble Truths
﹝溫呢課果時尤其同意﹞
1. To live is to suffer
有身體即係會累和病，有思想即係會煩
活著﹝仲要睇埋d咁既野﹞就係會不安同越尼越忟
2. Suffering comes from desire
例如想弄清楚佢up嘜的desire
因為慧根有限搞唔清楚所以suffer
3. To end suffering, end desire
所以，斬草除根，冇desire要明就冇suffering啦
就算GPA得1我都可以有內心寧靜就最高境界;)
4. Release from suffering is possible and can be attained by the Noble Eightfold path
在Buddhism，打爆機唔係叫moksha而係叫nirvana
但moksha是為了脫離limitation而自制，但達到nirvana是達到自制無慾無求
這個點上有點不同
Noble Eightfold Path是三好的延伸版
但與其說好不如說「正確」
﹝我突然諗起aristotle的virtue講attain certain good
kant講good will；考試仲講緊點先為之moral
人地buddha要講夠八個﹞
早期Buddhism有個好處就係唔好煩
例如習俗、司祭、Caste system同permanent spiritual reality通通都唔要
雖然冇soul，但仍然有rebirth
靈魂果d細細塊度，rebirth會分開再痴埋
下世去邊就由細細塊的karma決定
Theravada Buddhism小乘佛教即係保守派
重點係一班monks的community
reach nirvana through detachment and desirelessness through meditation
唔受外人玩﹕does not accept laypeople can attain nirvana
﹝好似唔領洗冇得上天堂咁﹞
Tripikata/Tipitaka三個籃，因為一開始d野真係分三個籃擺
Mahayana Buddhism大乘佛教即係人人得道
好處就係開放態度 upaya
煩d因為又有番d rituals，但冇辦法因為印度人同其他人鍾意- -
講karuna同情心，認為是智慧的最高表現
又認為全部野混埋一堆，所以對其他野好其實係對自己好﹝因為係同一堆野尼﹞
即係，當你夠智慧明白你都係混埋一堆的一部份
你就會識得表現出尼﹕對其他野好好
bodhisattava菩薩 enlightenment being
偉大在於﹕明明打爆機唔肯走，留在機舖幫其他人打，直至全部人打爆機為止
Trikaya Doctrine又講三位一體- -
1. Dharmakaya "law body"
歷史上的Buddha係divine reality的表現
其實嘜都係cosmic Buddha nature的表現，人要體驗同認清自己個佛性
﹝好似Brahman咁﹞
2. Nirmanakaya "transformation body"
Siddhartha Gautama個人係divine reality的incarnation化身
但其實Buddha仲有好多其他變身﹝好似Vishnu咁﹞
大小乘都信有Maitreya/Metteya concept好似Messiah
3. Sambhogakaya "perfect-bliss body"
就係話好多個佛在世界以外以人型地但好勁地同時存在
每個佛都有各自的一範
Amitabha Buddha阿彌陀佛 在日落的方向整左個樂園俾希望死後enlightenment的人
想死後在果度reborn就要在未死的時候係咁講佢個名- -
Avalokiteshvara觀音菩薩
從上觀看睇邊度需要幫手就去幫
你要幫我就改個短d既名等我唔駛串得咁辛苦啦﹗
好多眼﹕睇邊度有需要﹕好多手﹕好有幫人的power
Shunyata "transparency"
無我？因為咩都係混埋一堆，所以野同野之間冇邊界
Tathata 因為集集都唔一樣所以集集都要睇
好啦我真係唔想串果d sutra個名= =
Daoism道教
道可道非常道，名可名非常名
咁你又叫「道」教= =
道係﹕咩都係，全部野都係道的表現
make the nature to be what it is and to act the way what it does
人活著要和道合一
無為﹕唔係唔做，而係acting without thinking about thinking
好似我地上堂但其實唔係諗緊上堂咁:P
Confucianism 孔子教 即係儒教
好似中化講得仲多- -
Islam 伊斯蘭
好啦睇完梵文同巴利文我地而家睇阿拉伯文 ;)
Muslims即係people who submit to God(Allah)
Islam即係surrender/submission to God
佢地認為要gain inner peace就要向真主surrender
Night Journey/Night of Ascent
天使帶佢從jerusalem上天堂遊一個圈，見左allah同其他angels同prophets
於是佢就成為左prophets
hijra即係佢離開mecca去yathrib
1. Muhammad講的野多人信
2. 開始有umma-islamic community
所以muslim calender計呢年做year 1
佢在yathrib起左第一座mosque/masjid 清真寺
佢地認為Muhammad freed the divine message from human error and offered it, purified, to all people
佢地認為當sarah懷孕的時候趕走左hagar同佢個仔ismail
佢地在後來mecca的地方受天使的提示找到水
所以佢地同judaism(同christianity)都係abraham的後裔
但佢地認為abraham sacrificed的是ismail /Ishmael
Muslim的信仰生活都係根據Five pillars
1. Shahada "creed"
"There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is his messenger"
不像christianity的長禱文
不認同trinity同耶穌的神性
2. Salat "prayar"
ubication:一日五次﹕before dawn, midday, midafternoon, sunset, nighttime
muezzin一個宣佈真主是最偉大的中央廣播，提人祈禱
在minaret-top of a tower from the most prestigious mosque first
"God is supreme" "I witness that there is no God but Allah;
I witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah; hasten to prayer"
quantication: 朝向Mecca ..是Qur'an叫的﹗
在mosque裏qiblah(mecca方向)用mihrab(special arched niche)提示
用阿拉伯文背Qur'an
每次都規定rakas(sets) of prayers﹕
morning: 2
dusk: 3
others: 4
星期五是大家祈禱日，因為muhammad的revelation話應該係呢日
3. Zakat "Charity to the poor"
tax on all that one owns: total income, herds, produce from fields and orchards
~2.5%
4. Sawm "Fasting during Ramadan"
to discipline oneself, develop sympathy to the poor and hungry,
to give others what one would have eaten
Ramadan是Muslim calender的第九個月
因為muhammad最先得到revelation是在這個月
從日出至日落avoid all food, liquid, tobacco, sex
在這個月最後可聚在一起吃大餐
5. Hajj "Pilgrimage to Mecca"
主要都係為fulfilling religious demand，雖然都可順便去旅行
不同地方的信徒可聚在一起
以前d人都走去睇黑色隕石的了
現在他們認為它是gift from God
Adam和Abraham都有venerated過
gabrielle帶來
去過hajj的人﹕hajji(male), hajjiyah(female)
第七個月是hajj的月份
要著robe of abarham
refrain from sex, violence and hunting
Brahman, Buddha, Dao, Allah與我同在
In the name of the father of the son and of the holy spirit
